compagnons

Compagnons du Devoir et du Tour de France welcome 10,000 young people every year and offer training sessions for each person's fulfilment and development “in and through a profession.” This is possible due to the values of mentoring that are instilled in the youth who participate in these programmes. The mentoring ethic is based on the following motto: “Not to serve yourself, not to enslave yourself, but to serve.”
